Kate Allison has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Kate currently works as a Project Manager at The Health Foundation starting from March 2022. At the start of their career, Kate worked as a Part-Time Activity Coordinator at So 9 from January 2005 to May 2007, managing bookings and organizing activities for a community venue. Kate also has experience as a Sales Assistant at Velvet Underground from August 2004 to February 2006, where they supported blind and deaf community members, managed the shop, and helped develop the company website.

Kate Allison pursued their education starting from 2002 to 2008 at the United Nations International School of Hanoi, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate Certificate. During their time there, their field of study included English, Spanish, Mathematics, Biology, Psychology, Economics, and Theory of Knowledge.

Afterward, Kate attended the University of Glasgow from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a major in Politics.
