Kathleen Smit (Collett) has extensive work experience in various research and strategy roles. From 2019 to the present, they have been working as a Senior Strategy and Impact Manager at The Health Foundation, where they lead the development of the Collaboration for Wellbeing and Health initiative. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2019, Kathleen worked as the Director of Research and Evaluation at Shift (formerly We Are What We Do), where they led the internal research team and collaborated with external partners to ensure projects had measurable social impact.
