Katie Young

Katie Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie started their career at IQPC, where they worked as a Marketing Manager from July 1999 to September 2001. Katie then moved on to UCL, taking on the role of International Alumni Relations Manager from September 2002 to November 2004. Katie joined Ingeus in December 2004 and held multiple roles within the company. Katie started as an Employment Advisor and eventually became a Coaching Advisor. From September 2009 to December 2011, they served as a Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for promoting quality and compliance. In December 2011, they were promoted to Team Manager, where they motivated and led teams to achieve high performance. In November 2015, Katie joined Teach First as a Career Pathway Programme Manager, a role they held until November 2018. Currently, they are working as a Project Lead at The Health Foundation, a position they have been in since December 2018. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to drive performance, and a focus on delivering high-quality services.

Katie Young's education history begins with their enrollment at Mascalls Sixth Form from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued their A Levels in English Language and Literature, General, French, and Geography. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, Katie attended Northumbria University and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography. After a few years, in 2006 and 2007, they attended Eden College and completed an NVQ Level 4 Advice and Guidance program. Finally, in 2010 and 2011, Katie pursued Management Skills Development at the Institute of Leadership and Management.
