Ursula Clarke is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient safety and nursing leadership. Currently serving as Associate Director Patient Safety and Senior Programme Manager at Health Innovation Kent Surrey Sussex, Ursula leads the KSS Patient Safety Collaborative for the National Maternity & Neonatal Safety Collaborative programme and initiates the PReCePT 3 project. Concurrently, Ursula contributes as a Patient Safety Lead for The Health Foundation and is a founding participant of the Q initiative. Previous roles include Assistant Chief Nurse and Deputy Director of Nursing at Medway NHS Foundation Trust, where Ursula focused on improving patient safety and care practices. Educationally, Ursula holds multiple degrees in nursing and leadership, with qualifications from institutions including the University of Greenwich and Canterbury Christ Church University.
