Susan Moats

Susan Moats has over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership positions. Susan began their career at Cleveland Clinic Akron General, where they served as the Director of the Heart and Vascular Center for five years. In 2011, they joined The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano as the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer. Since 2016, they have been with Baylor Scott & White Health, first as the VP and CNO and later as the VP and CNO-Regional.

Susan Moats completed their education at Texas Christian University, where they obtained a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice. Susan attended TCU from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their time at TCU, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Baldwin Wallace University. Susan attended Baldwin Wallace University from 2000 to 2002.
