Karol Frąk has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Financial Controller at The Heart since May 2023. Previously, Karol worked as an Associate in Business Intelligence Finance (FP&A) at Shopee and held various roles at KPMG Poland, including Senior Assistant and Assistant in Financial Services Audit from September 2020 to November 2022. As a member of the Warsaw Finance Club from November 2019 to November 2021, Karol co-organized significant events focusing on success strategies and financial management. Additional experience includes positions as Finance and Executive Assistant at Gardocki i Partnerzy Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni and internships at KPMG Poland, EY, Provident Polska, and Urząd Skarbowy Warszawa-Bemowo. Karol holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and Insurances from the University of Warsaw and a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Vistula University.
