Previously, as the Chief Digital & Data Officer at AXA EMEA-LATAM, Maciej led digital initiatives across over 20 countries. Other roles include CMO and Regional Board Member for AXA entities in Central and Eastern Europe, and various positions focused on eBusiness and marketing at Link4 and Bank Millennium S.A. Maciej's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Management from Kozminski University and studies at SKEMA Business School.
