Natalia Bielecka

Natalia Bielecka is an experienced human resources professional with a significant background in HR and administration. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Administration and Project Team Leader at The Heart since June 2018, Natalia has previously held positions at MetLife from July 2015 to April 2018 as an HR, Payroll & Benefits Supervisor and Specialist. Before that, Natalia worked at ADP as an HR and Payroll Specialist from July 2008 to July 2015. Natalia holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie from the University of Warsaw, completed between 2011 and 2013.
