Chris Isherwood

Chris Isherwood has extensive experience in leadership and operational management across diverse industries. Currently serving at The Helping Hand Company since April 2013, Chris previously held key roles including School Governor and Chair of Finance at Colwall CofE Primary School from October 2015 to July 2020. As Director of Guilford Europe Profitability & Engineering at Lear Corporation (January 2012 - March 2013), responsibilities included enhancing operating income and overseeing engineering and safety operations. Chris’s tenure at Guilford Mills spanned from January 2007 to March 2012, during which the position of Director of EU Manufacturing involved managing operations across UK and France, leading a workforce of 350. Additional roles have included Group Development Manager at Scott & Fyfe Ltd and Project Manager at Air Products plc. Chris holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and an MEng from Newcastle University.
