Rachel Halford

Rachel Halford is an accomplished leader with significant experience in non-profit management. Since July 2015, Rachel has served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Hepatitis C Trust, driving initiatives to improve health outcomes for individuals affected by hepatitis C. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Director at Women in Prison Ltd from March 2005 to July 2015, where efforts were focused on supporting women in the criminal justice system.
