Susan Tarquini is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in service management and real estate. Currently serving as the Service Director at Herb Chambers Honda Boston since November 2010, Susan directs a team of 40 employees in a busy metro service department. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from March 2005 to October 2014, specializing in South Shore properties. Earlier experience includes owning and operating a gourmet deli and catering business from October 1996 to April 2005, and serving as the Service Manager at Herb Chambers Companies from March 1992 to January 1998, where Susan managed a high-volume Honda service department.
