Dan Mauler

Dan Mauler is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for both The Heritage Foundation and Heritage Action for America since August 2022. Mauler previously held the role of Counsel at Clare Locke LLP from April 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Trial Attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the Civil Division at the U.S. Department of Justice from April 2018 to April 2021. Additionally, Mauler served as a Partner and Associate at Redmon, Peyton & Braswell, LLP from 2007 to April 2018 and held an Associate position at Hunton & Williams LLP in 2006-2007. Mauler earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
