Naresh Poswal

Naresh Poswal is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, specializing in operations, Lean methodologies, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Global Strategy & Improvements at The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. since January 2019, Naresh previously held the position of AGM in Global Strategy and Special Projects. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Sterlite Power from August 2011 to January 2019, focusing on manufacturing excellence in the power cable business. Additionally, Naresh worked as a Lean Coordinator at Hi Tech Gears Ltd. from October 2001 to August 2011, where responsibilities included process analysis and identifying improvement areas. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kurukshetra University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
