Eric A. Steen

Eric Steen currently serves as the Chicago Site Director for The Hidden Genius Project, beginning in March 2023. Previously, Eric worked at CIBC as an Enterprise Migration and IT Support Consultant, where responsibilities included an organization-wide hardware refresh and OS migration of over 2800 devices. Eric also held positions such as College Counselor at Noble Network of Charter Schools and College Readiness Program Manager at Achieve Miami, focusing on student engagement and college readiness initiatives. As a co-founder of My Student Blueprint, Eric developed software and programming to support students in achieving academic goals. Eric's early career featured roles in education and service, including as a Reading Teacher and a Corps Member with Teach For America. Eric holds a Master of Education in Education and Social Change from the University of Miami and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
