Janay Osborne

Janay Osborne currently serves as the Richmond Site Director at The Hidden Genius Project, beginning in April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at the Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership, where significant contributions involved establishing inclusive language project timelines, facilitating social impact workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance social media practices. As College Financial Services Coordinator at Making Waves College and Alumni Program, Janay advised over 150 college students on financial matters and managed departmental projects. Previous roles also include College Advisor with College Advising Corps, Assistant Advisor at the University of San Francisco, where a focus on diversity and equity initiatives was evident, and Project Manager during a tenure at UC Berkeley, assessing campus-wide diversity efforts. Janay holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
