Karen Koffler is currently the Vice President Research at The Higgins Group, Inc. In their role, Karen leads the research team to provide high-level marketplace research and analysis of the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. Prior to their current position, Karen worked as a Research Dietitian at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Penn State University and a MA in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland.
