Cameron Martin

Cameron Martin has a diverse work experience in various roles and sectors. Cameron is currently serving as the Vice President of Development and Marketing at The Highlands At Wyomissing since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Fundraising Consultant at The Center Consulting Group, starting in March 2020. Cameron also has experience as the Director of Development at Reading Hospital Foundation, where they worked from April 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Development at Caron Treatment Centers from March 2018 to April 2019. Cameron has also served as the Vice President of Development and Marketing at Berks Encore, contributing to their fundraising and marketing goals from May 2015 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, Cameron worked as the Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Fund at Lancaster Bible College from August 2008 to May 2015 and as a Marketing and Communications Associate at Superior Walls of America from February 2005 to August 2008.

Cameron Martin began their education journey in 2000 at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech Communications and Public Relations. Cameron successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2004.

After a gap of several years, they returned to academia in 2009 and enrolled at Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School. During their time at the college, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Leadership Studies, which they successfully obtained in 2012.

In 2018, Cameron participated in a program called Leadership Berks. Although this program did not lead to a specific degree, it focused on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, providing valuable insights and knowledge in this field.

In 2006, Cameron also completed a training program at Dale Carnegie Training, specifically in High Impact Presentations. While this program did not result in a degree, it equipped him with essential skills and techniques related to effective public speaking and presentations.
