Gwen Moeggenborg

Gwen Moeggenborg, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, has a robust background in human resources management and leadership spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Alpine ski instructor at The Highlands since December 2023, Gwen also holds the position of Director of HR at MillerKnoll since January 2022, having previously served as Career Development Manager. Prior experience includes working at Herman Miller as Human Resources Business Partner Manager, where strategic leadership was provided to HR generalists, as well as roles as Human Resource Manager at Shape Corporation and Hortech, Inc. Beginning a career at Marshall Field's as Human Resource Manager, Gwen's expertise encompasses HR program design, talent management, and organizational development, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Michigan State University.
