Evan A. Raff, MD, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Specialty Care at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, where responsibilities include overseeing innovative specialty care service delivery for over 800,000 patients and leading quality improvement initiatives across more than 30 clinical specialty service lines. Raff is actively involved in various committees within DHS, including the Specialty Workgroup Steering Committee and the Cancer Navigation Program, and plays a role in the DHS Leadership Development Program as faculty. In addition to these roles, Raff is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, an Advisory Board member for the Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute, and a Clinical Reviewer for MedQIA, LLC. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University, a Master of Health Administration from USC, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, along with ongoing leadership training through the California Health Care Foundation program.
