Jacob Lenfestey is a skilled marketing and recruitment professional with a diverse background in field marketing, strategic candidate sourcing, and customer service. Currently serving as a Field Marketing Representative at The Hive since May 2022, Jacob is responsible for executing activations for major Brown-Forman brands while engaging and educating consumers. Previous experience includes a Senior Associate role at IQTalent Partners, where Jacob handled the candidate lifecycle and client communications, and a Recruiting Coordinator position at Amazon focused on interview scheduling and candidate experience. Additional roles in marketing and coordination have been held at Trueblood Real Estate and the Indiana State Senate, among others. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Butler University.
