Nikkia Johnson

Nikkia Johnson is currently serving as the Director of Donor Organizing at The Hive Movement since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nikkia held various positions at the Legal Aid Justice Center, including Senior Development & Communications Officer and Senior Development Officer from October 2020 to June 2025. Nikkia also worked at Voices for Virginia's Children from April 2015 to October 2020 as Development Manager and Office Administrator. Earlier experience includes a role as Programs Assistant at the Podium Foundation, where Nikkia started as an intern, and a position as Program and Communication Summer Intern at the Virginia Interfaith Center. Nikkia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012.
