Caroline Hsu

Caroline Hsu serves as a Global Advisory Board Member at PRCA since September 2024 and holds the position of Regional President for Asia Pacific at the International Communications Consultancy Organisation since November 2022. As Chief Global Officer and Managing Director of APAC at The Hoffman Agency, Caroline oversees integrated communications consultancy, leveraging a global perspective to solve client challenges. In addition, Caroline is a Partner at Taiwan Leap Venture, supporting innovative Taiwanese startups, and a Mentor at Chinaccelerator, fostering cross-border internet startups. Previously, Caroline co-chaired PRCA APAC, advocating for PR standards in the region, and held significant roles at Appier, Google, TomTom Asia, and Dopod International Corporation. Caroline earned a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
