Alexandra François

Alexandra François is an experienced professional with a background in client support, e-commerce management, and customer experience. Currently serving as Chargée Support Clients at THE HOKUS PLATFORM since March 2023, Alexandra previously held the position of Ecommerce Manager at ASPORT from July 2022 to March 2023. Earlier roles include Customer Experience Manager at Editus Luxembourg and Chargée de communication at ESTEVAL EDITIONS. With a foundation in digital marketing from Digitale Agency France and community management at DSM Avocats à la Cour, Alexandra has also gained experience in various internships focused on marketing and commerce. Alexandra holds a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation from Université de Lorraine, earned between 2018 and 2020.
