David Katz has a diverse work experience spanning several media companies. From 2017 to the present, they have held the position of Chief Content Officer at The Hollywood Reporter, where they oversee content development for various platforms and manages a large team. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2016, they worked as a TV Writer for TV Land, CBS, ABC, and Warner Bros, writing for shows such as "THE SOUL MAN" and "BLEEP MY DAD SAYS," as well as scripting pilots. David also worked as a Features Writer from 2010 to 2015 and held editorial roles at Esquire magazine from 2003 to 2009 and Time Out Group plc from 2000 to 2003. Their career began at Vanity Fair in 1999 as a Reporter-Researcher.
David Katz has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of California, Berkeley.
