Notable achievements include overseeing a media relations campaign for Manulife that resulted in over 150 positive media mentions and leading a marketing strategy at Lavasoft that drove sales increases from 250% to 4,600%. Steven has also held advisory and managerial roles across various organizations, focusing on demand generation, product launches, and strategic media planning, and holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Concordia University.
