Andrew Baxter

Andrew Baxter possesses extensive experience in learning design and instructional development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Design at The Home Depot Canada since January 2015, where oversight includes a team of eight Instructional Designers creating high-quality learning products for the Canadian division. Previously, Andrew worked as an Instructional Designer contributing to the development of innovative training solutions for over 25,000 employees. Prior experience includes a role as a Curriculum Developer at Enable Training and Consulting, Inc., where Andrew collaborated with various professionals to produce educational materials across diverse formats and audiences. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trent University and a Bachelor of Education in Intermediate and Senior Education from Queen's University.
