Charles Manansala

Charles Manansala has extensive experience in retail and management, currently serving as the Receiving Department Supervisor at The Home Depot Canada since December 2017. In this role, Charles is responsible for overseeing vendor purchase orders, auditing goods receipt, and managing freight operations. Previously, as the Overnight Freight Team Supervisor, leadership was provided to night shift associates, enhancing product availability through efficient inventory management. Charles also contributed to employee engagement and safety as part of the Voice of the Associate and Health and Safety Committees. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Cleaner and Hiring Manager at Clean Time Commercial Services, as well as a Research Assistant position at CloudConstable Inc. Charles is pursuing a Bachelor of Human Resource Management at York University, expected to graduate in June 2024.
