James Li

James Li is an accomplished professional in product engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Product Engineering at The Home Depot Canada since August 2019. In this role, James leads teams focused on enhancing the quality and customer satisfaction of private branded products while implementing data-driven process controls across various engineering disciplines. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager of Product Engineering at The Home Depot, where James directed an Asia-based team in a retail sourcing environment. Previous positions include design and technical program management roles at GE Lighting and GE Energy Management, where James contributed to the development of LED lighting products and led localization programs for uninterruptible power supplies. James holds an MBA in program management from Donghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Electronics Engineering from Liaoning Institute of Technology.
