Rajendra Sidhaye has a strong background in finance and has held various senior positions throughout their career. Rajendra began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Asst. Manager from 1996 to 2000. Rajendra then worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Allstream from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Manager of Internal Control at Scotia Capital. Rajendra then moved on to Nortel, where they worked as part of the Finance Transformation team from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined The Home Depot as Sr. Manager of FP&A. Rajendra held this position until 2011 when they were promoted to Director of Finance for Supply Chain and Direct Fulfillment. In 2018, they took on a new role as Director of Finance for E-commerce, Marketing, Pricing, and Contractor Services at The Home Depot Canada.
Rajendra Sidhaye attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in CA with a focus on Accounting, Audit, Compliance, and Financial Management. Rajendra also attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1992 to 1995, earning a B.COM degree with a specialization in the same areas. Additionally, they have completed courses at the Canadian Securities Institute in Derivatives Fundamental (DFC) and Financial Risk Management (FRM), with a field of study in Investments, Securities, and Risk Management.
