Ron Pidgeon

Ron Pidgeon has extensive experience in loss prevention and organized retail crime investigations, primarily within The Home Depot Canada since September 2004. With roles including Organized Retail Crime Investigator for Central Investigations and Loss Prevention Manager, Ron has focused on internal and external investigations, auditing operational areas, and addressing profit and loss issues. Notably, Ron has collaborated with law enforcement and developed training programs for loss prevention associates. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Loss Prevention at Eaton's. Ron also holds a Certificate in Crime Scene Investigation from Schoolcraft College, obtained in 2010.
