Vinod Nalajala

Vinod Nalajala has extensive work experience in various leadership roles at The Home Depot and The Home Depot Canada. Vinod began their career at The Home Depot in 2004 as part of the Store Leadership Program, and later served as a Store Manager and Regional Sales Manager. In 2009, they joined The Home Depot Canada as a Senior Manager in Sales Execution. From 2011 to 2018, they held positions as Director and Senior Director in various departments, including Central Operations, Asset Protection, Contract Services, and Construction & Maintenance. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President of Canada Operations at The Home Depot. After three years in that role, they assumed their current position as Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at The Home Depot Canada in 2021. Before joining The Home Depot, they worked as a Manager of Staff Augmentation at Softalia from 1999 to 2001.

Vinod Nalajala completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree with a focus on Marketing from O.U. between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) degree from IIMC from 1989 to 1992.
