Bret Sanderson

Bret Sanderson possesses extensive experience in project management and operations within renowned companies. At The Home Depot from February 2021 to September 2025, Bret served as Sr. Manager of HR Project Management, leading transformation programs and overseeing a team focused on HR technology and workforce initiatives, after previously being an HR Project Manager responsible for large-scale HR transformations. Prior to this, Bret was a Product Manager at Levolor, managing a $92 million product line, and worked as a Sales & Operations Analyst at Newell Brands, focusing on demand planning for multiple brands. Experience also includes roles at PepsiCo - Frito Lay, where Bret planned operations for a significant snack food portfolio and managed a team in high-speed manufacturing. Bret's career began as a Project Engineer intern at Wrigley, contributing to process improvements in manufacturing. Bret holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
