Dan Gross is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in supply chain and transportation management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of International Logistics at The Home Depot, Dan oversees the strategy and execution of the delivery private fleet, implementing programs that enhance customer experience and manage operational expenses. Dan has held various leadership roles within The Home Depot, including Director of Transportation and Senior Manager of Offshore Supply Chain, where significant reductions in supply chain expenses and enhancements in operational visibility were achieved. Dan's background also includes project coordination at OpenTable, where achievements in market share growth and productivity were recognized.
