Jose Acosta

Jose Acosta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Product and Engineering at The Home Depot since January 2006. In this role, Jose oversees Engineering, Quality, and Packaging for the Private Brands Portfolio. Prior positions at The Home Depot include Director of Global Sourcing Operations, Merchant for Product Development, and DMM for Hardlines Private Brands, where Jose was instrumental in launching successful product lines such as Lifeproof and expanding categories like Traffic Master. Prior to The Home Depot, Jose held significant positions at GE, including Operations Leader and Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma.
