Kathi Middleton

Kathi Middleton, PhD, CISM, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the Senior Manager of IT Learning, Innovation, and Talent Pipelines at The Home Depot since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the strategic vision for IT learning and talent development. With extensive experience in information security management, Kathi has previously held senior roles at Kaiser Permanente and Elavon, Inc., overseeing large-scale security projects and managing project teams. Kathi is also engaged as a career coach and strategist with Momentum Professional Development and an international speaker with TED Conferences. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Educational Technology, a Master's in Project Management, and a Bachelor's in Network Management/Network Engineering.
