Nickki Costardo

Nickki Costardo, CPA, currently serves as the Consolidations Manager for Legal Entity Reporting at The Home Depot, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as External Reporting Manager II and Technical Accounting Manager at NCR Corporation from August 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities focused on technical accounting and M&A projects. Nickki's career began at EY in assurance services and further developed through positions at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Audit Associate, as well as internships at Rödl & Partner, Chick-fil-A, and Kimberly-Clark. Educationally, Nickki holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and International Business, both from The University of Georgia.
