Prashant Desai

Prashant Desai is an experienced retail management professional with a strong background in driving sales and profitability across multiple business segments. Currently serving as Assistant Store Manager at The Home Depot since October 2014, Prashant specializes in managing the Specialty and Sales side of the business while supporting strategic initiatives alongside the Store Manager. Previously, Prashant held various leadership roles at Best Buy from 2000 to 2014, including Assistant Store Manager of Sales, Connectivity Sales Manager, Home Sales Manager, Customer Solutions Manager, and Service Manager, overseeing significant annual sales and large teams while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Prashant holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, in addition to two Associate's Degrees in the same field from the University of Montana and Maharashtra Technical Board.
