Rabindra Kaiborta

Rabindra Kaiborta is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global tax operations and strategy development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Tax Operations at The Home Depot since April 2020, Rabindra focuses on optimizing tax efficiency and ensuring compliance with international tax laws, while also engaging with trade associations for tax advocacy. Prior to this role, Rabindra was the Director of Global Tax at HP from October 2008 to May 2019, overseeing global tax provisions across multiple regions and countries. Rabindra's career began at EY, where expertise was developed in audit and assurance as an Executive from September 2003 to September 2008, leading audit engagements in various sectors. Rabindra holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Sambalpur University.
