Ryan Wagers

Ryan Wagers, CFI, possesses extensive experience in asset protection and loss prevention, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr. Asset Protection Manager at The Home Depot since November 2009, Ryan is accountable for asset protection strategy development and implementation across 10 facilities, including rapid deployment and distribution centers. Prior roles include Regional Asset Protection Manager at both The Home Depot and Circuit City, where responsibilities encompassed conducting investigations and achieving shrink and safety goals, as well as managing asset protection functions across various divisions. Beginning as District Loss Prevention Manager at Montgomery Ward, Ryan oversaw a significant store operation in the LA market, contributing to exceptional inventory results. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and training from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Basic Academy.
