Tonicia Kelly

Tonicia Kelly is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at The Home Depot since March 2023, Tonicia drives transformative projects within the Merchandising IT division. As the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Care Covr, Inc. since July 2020, Tonicia has pioneered the integration of AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain in childcare insurance solutions. At Brand Reactor, also founded in June 2020, Tonicia specializes in mobile application development using React Native and low-code platforms. Previous roles include Principal Engineer at Stitch Fix, Lead UI Engineer at Amobee, and Senior Software Engineer at Cisco, among others. Tonicia holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University at Albany.
