Tracy Olmsted

Tracy Olmsted is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in various design and management roles. As a Staff UX Designer at The Home Depot since January 2024, Tracy focuses on transactional communications within the CX department. Prior to this role, Tracy served as a Senior UX Designer at The Home Depot’s Home Services and Customer Experience departments from August 2022 to January 2024. Tracy's notable tenure at Amway spanned nearly a decade, where roles included being a Content at Scale Team Member, DAM Innovation Specialist, UX Design Systems Lead for the Content Digest, and Art Director for Nutrilite/Home. Tracy also operated Olmsted Design as Art Director/Owner, delivering branding and communications services, and worked as an Art Director/Project Manager at Waterfall Productions. Tracy holds a BFA in Graphic Design and Printmaking from Grand Valley State University, complemented by additional education in Human Centered Design and professional development courses.
