Wes Neece

Wes Neece is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at The Home Depot, having joined the company in September 2003. Currently serving as Merchandising Vice President for Electrical & Lighting, Wes has held multiple leadership positions, overseeing core merchandising programs and leading teams at various levels, including Field Divisional and Regional Merchandising Managers. Prior roles include Vice President of Field Merchandising for U.S. Stores and Southern Division, and positions such as Field Divisional Merchandise Manager and Regional Merchandise Manager. Wes began their career at The Home Depot through a Business Leadership Program, which provided cross-functional training, and also has a background as a Systems Engineer. Wes holds an MBA from Mercer University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
