Matt Cook

Matt Cook is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and sales across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at HomeTeam Inspection Service since December 2017, Matt oversees the Franchise Development Department, assessing potential franchisees and advising existing franchisees on optimizing their operations for strategic exit planning.
