Morgan Pattison

Morgan Pattison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Owner and President of HomeTeam Inspection Service since October 2022, Morgan previously held significant roles such as Operations Manager for the Power & Industrial Group at McKamish from April 2014 to January 2022, and Division Manager at De-Cal, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the Pittsburgh office. Prior to these roles, Morgan was President of Power Piping Company, overseeing operations for a successful $30+ million contracting firm from 1995 to 2011. Early career positions included Chief Estimator at ICF Kaiser and Manager of Estimating, Scheduling and Procurement at SE Technologies. Morgan holds an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and has furthered business expertise at the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
