Katie Conklin

Katie Conklin is an accomplished Senior Brand Manager with extensive experience in brand performance and strategy, currently working at The Honest Company since January 2024. Prior to this, Katie served as a Senior Brand Manager at Jakks Pacific, driving the marketing plans and product launches for over 70 global items, achieving more than $75MM in gross revenue. Throughout Katie's career, there has been a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, oversee P&L responsibilities, and present innovative developments to diverse retail and internal stakeholders. Katie's background in brand management began with roles as Associate Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Jakks Pacific, with earlier experiences including a Marketing and Awareness Coordinator at Pepperdine University and various positions during academic pursuits at Pepperdine Law and InviteManager. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Pepperdine University.
