Miguel Comparativo is a skilled packaging engineer with extensive experience in the packaging industry. Currently serving as a Senior Packaging Engineer at The Honest Company since September 2022, Miguel previously held roles at Bulk Lift International as a Packaging Engineer & Sales Executive and at IPS Packaging as a Packaging Engineer I. Early career experience includes research at the Sustainable Packaging Materials Laboratory - CNRE, where Miguel focused on enhancing the properties of sustainable plastics using biomass. Additional experience at Nypro involved multi-disciplinary product development for rigid and flexible packaging. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Systems and Design from Virginia Tech, complemented by prior educational experiences at Cornell University and The Johns Hopkins University.
