Alex Carone

Alex Carone, LSW, currently serves as the COO and Owner of Boulder Organic Foods since August 2022 and has been the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of The Honest Stand since May 2014. In this role, Alex leads operations, marketing, and the vision for a modern American food brand focused on plant-based indulgent experiences. Previous experience includes providing individual and couples' therapy at the University of Denver counseling center, and delivering therapy and case management for pregnant women and mothers at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Alex has also worked as a case manager at Rachel's Women's Shelter and served as a peer counselor at the University of San Diego's Center for Student Success. Alex holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Diego, with a minor in Leadership Studies.
