Gonzalo del Rio

Gonzalo Del Rio is an experienced hospitality professional with an extensive background in management and sales. Currently serving as the General Manager at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC since June 2024, Gonzalo has previously held senior positions such as Sales Director at V&E Restaurant Group and Director of Groups and Incentives at American Executive International. Additionally, Gonzalo managed the Sushi Sake Sunset location for SUNSET GASTRONOMICA SL and represented luxury hotels, restaurants, and attractions in the Americas while at The Modern Luxury. With past roles at Hard Rock International and various restaurant ventures, including General Manager at BICE and Señor Frogs, Gonzalo possesses comprehensive expertise in operations, marketing, and sales within the hospitality industry. Gonzalo holds a BA in Hotel Management from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
