Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store for organic products focused on body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university-level courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
