Annie Chen currently serves as a Panel Member at the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal and as a non-official member of the Industry Advisory Committee on Long Term Business for the Insurance Authority. Since January 2022, Annie has held the position of Deputy Chief Executive (Alternate Chief Executive) at China Construction Bank (Asia), overseeing various banking sectors including Private Banking and Digital Banking. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Investment Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completion of the FinTech programme at the University of Oxford.
